Who we are
KAPA Vacations LLC operates as KAPA Vacations in Florida, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@kapavacations.com or +1 754-216-5886.
Contact form
The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number and trip description. When enabled, it sends your inquiry to info@kapavacations.com through our hosting and email delivery providers. If sending is unavailable, the form displays alternative contact details. Clearing the form does not delete a message already sent. The website does not save form contents in browser local storage; your browser may retain autofill information.
Email and phone inquiries
If you choose to email or call KAPA, you are sending a real communication. KAPA receives the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, travel preferences and correspondence. If you leave voicemail, the message and an available transcript may be processed through Google Voice and email. KAPA uses Google Workspace for business email. Do not send payment card details, passport copies, passwords or sensitive medical information in an initial inquiry.
Purpose and recipients
Contact information is used to respond, clarify the trip you have in mind and follow up on your request. Business email and telephone providers process communications to provide their services. If arranging a trip later requires sharing information with Travel Planners International or a travel supplier, the relevant process and necessary details should be explained before proceeding. This website has no automatic connection to TPI, suppliers or a CRM. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and technical information
The website is hosted on Render. Resend processes the contact details and message submitted through the form to deliver your inquiry to KAPA. Google Workspace handles our business email. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and service records, under their own policies. This website does not use advertising pixels, marketing cookies or third-party media embeds. We do not deliberately include inquiry contents in application logs.
Optional analytics cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and improve the website. Google processes page visits, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and approximate location derived from the connection. We do not send the name, email, phone or message entered in our inquiry form to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. Analytics loads only after you accept. You can reject it without affecting our services, or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months; Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months. Changing your choice does not delete data already received by Google. See Google’s privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy.
Children and sensitive information
Contact should be made by an adult. The short form does not request children’s names, birth dates or documents. If ages are needed later to assess travel options, an adult can provide only the necessary information through the agreed process. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact KAPA to request a review and appropriate deletion.
Retention and privacy requests
Sent inquiries become email records. We retain information as needed to respond to your request, provide services, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Clearing the form does not delete sent messages or voicemail. Contact info@kapavacations.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Identity verification may be necessary; do not attach identity documents to your initial request. Provider backups and service records may follow separate retention schedules.
